1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ninza Games mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account, downloading, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
- You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where real‑money gaming is prohibited.
- You represent that you are not on any self‑exclusion or government‑prohibited player list.
3. Account Registration & Verification
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign‑up and to keep it updated.
- We may require identity, age, and address verification (e.g., PAN & Aadhaar) before enabling deposits or withdrawals.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Deposits, Bets & Winnings
- All deposits must be made via the payment methods available in the app. Deposits are credited only after successful confirmation from our payment gateway.
- Wager amounts are deducted from your wallet balance at the time you place a bet. Wagers cannot be cancelled once placed.
- Winnings will be added to your wallet balance after game results are verified by our servers.
5. Withdrawal Policy
- Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits displayed in the app.
- We reserve the right to request additional KYC documents before processing a withdrawal.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank and payment partner.
- Applicable taxes (e.g., TDS under Indian law) will be deducted before payout.
6. Responsible Gaming & Self‑Exclusion
Real‑money gaming can be addictive. Play responsibly. You may request temporary or permanent self‑exclusion at any time by emailing services@ninzagames.com. Upon self‑exclusion, your account will be disabled for the selected period and any remaining balance will be returned subject to verification.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Collusion, cheating, use of bots, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
- Opening multiple accounts.
- Using the Services for money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activities.
- Uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious code.
Violation may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software forming part of the Services are the exclusive property of Ninza IT Development Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the app for personal entertainment only.
9. Third‑Party Services
The Services may integrate third‑party SDKs, payment gateways, or advertising platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of such third parties.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Services will be error‑free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ninza Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ninza Games, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
13. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity. Any balance may be withheld pending investigation.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising hereunder.
15. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
For complaints, contact services@ninzagames.com. We will endeavour to resolve disputes within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to a competent court of jurisdiction.
16. Amendments
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the app or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
