Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of Services
Once a transaction is successfully completed on Ninza Games, it is final and binding. As we deal with skill-based online gaming services and real-money stakes, no cancellations are allowed after a game has started or funds have been added to your wallet.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only in the following scenarios:
- In the event of a failed transaction (amount debited but not credited), refund will be initiated automatically within 7 business days.
- If a technical error prevents participation after deduction, the refund may be considered upon review.
- Incorrect wallet deductions due to system issues, once verified, will be rectified within 5-7 business days.
Note: Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method or wallet, as applicable.
3. No Refund in Case of Misuse
No refund will be processed if the system detects fraudulent activity, use of unauthorized software/scripts, or breach of our Terms & Conditions.
4. How to Request a Refund
To raise a refund request, please email us at services@ninzagames.com with the following details:
- Registered mobile number or email
- Transaction ID
- Date and time of transaction
- Brief description of the issue
We aim to respond to all refund-related queries within 48 hours.
